If you are on probation and have successfully completed all the terms and conditions of your probation and have served out at least one-third or two years of your probationary period, whichever is less, you may be eligible for early termination of your probation. If you are on deferred adjudication and you have successfully completed all the terms of your deferred adjudication, you could be eligible for early termination at any time during the term of your deferred adjudication.
